Toggle Comments ON/OFF, but keep Reactions/Ratings

The Hyvor Talk "View Demo" — where you can see 1) RATINGS and COMMENTS, 2) REACTIONS and COMMENTS, or 3) COMMENTS (only) — gave me an idea. It would be so valuable to have the option to show 1b) RATINGS (only), and 2b) REACTIONS (only). Of course, I'm not just talking about the demo; it would be cool to be able to toggle the same as for the demo within the admin console as we tweak settings in preparation to install the widget.
