Ratings aren't working on mobile

i recently implemented Hyvor talk. Comments and replies are working perfectly. Ratings on desktop are also working perfectly.

When a user rates on mobile, it's not capturing the rating and isn't adding to the total number of ratings received. Anyone having this issue?
