Add option to set a time to close comments

It would be useful if we had a feature in the console that would let you close comments on a post at a specific time.

For example every week i have an open thread

I can go a bit insane, yesterday had 760 comments. It would be good if i had an option to close it at a certain time eg 8pm

This would need to be on a per post basis, not global.

It would just save me manually having to turn off comments.
